Order Processing Specialist | Logistics Coordinator

I have six years of experience working with below: Order Fulfillment: • Enter and process all incoming orders: EDI, web portal based and email • Confirm orders to customers • Check pricing, discounts and promotions • Accurately collecting and recording of customer information • Timely processing of orders • Communicating with customers on status of orders and related matters in a timely manner. Logistics and 3PL Coordinator: • Manage company shipping vendors (UPS, FedEx and Freight Carriers -Local and International) • Coordinate to 3PL warehouse on orders that need to be picked up and process • Send necessary documents to 3PL (BOL's, labels and release orders) • File claims for products that are lost or damage in transit Inventory Management • Maintain minimum inventory levels in warehouse at all times • Complete daily inventory check Books vs 3PL count • Work with sales department on accurate order lead times, freight minimums, order minimums. Accounting Management • Invoicing all orders received • Review invoices sent by accounting • Coordinate with accounting for past due invoices, forms for filled up and credit set-up for suppliers, logistics partner • Review cost from 3PL warehouse Platforms and Tools: 1.
