✨ If I can’t deliver what I promised, you get a 100% refund. Simple as that. I design and implement structured automation systems — often powered by n8n, from AI-driven CRM platforms to legal RAG systems to content automation pipelines — that eliminate manual work, improve operational clarity, and help businesses scale faster. With 30+ years of software engineering experience, I build automation infrastructure that goes far beyond simple task execution. Whether you need CRM automation, lead generation systems, AI-powered email management, content workflows, research pipelines, or end-to-end operational systems, I create scalable solutions that reduce friction, improve execution, and deliver measurable business value. Most businesses don’t struggle because they lack software — they struggle because their systems are fragmented. Disconnected tools, repetitive admin work, slow follow-up, inconsistent workflows, and operational bottlenecks quietly drain time, money, and growth. I solve that by designing centralized automation infrastructure that delivers: • Faster lead response • Streamlined CRM and pipeline visibility • Automated intake, routing, and follow-up • AI-powered email and customer communication systems • Content and marketing automation • Research and data processing pipelines • Operational workflows built for scale The result: • Less manual work • Faster execution • Better visibility • Reduced operational drag • Greater scalability without increasing headcount Why Work With Me 🔹 30+ Years of Engineering Experience I bring decades of experience building software systems across healthcare, manufacturing, business operations, and AI automation. I approach every project like infrastructure — prioritizing reliability, scalability, and long-term usability. 🔹 Systems Architecture, Not Just Workflow Building Many freelancers can build isolated automations. I design structured systems that align operations, communication, data flow, and automation into reliable business infrastructure. 🔹 Proven AI & Automation Expertise My core focus is building business automation systems using n8n, Airtable, OpenAI, Pinecone, Weaviate, APIs, webhooks, and advanced workflow architecture — all tailored to real operational outcomes. 🔹 Diverse Real-World Build Experience • Built 60+ AI-driven business automation systems • Developed lead generation and enrichment systems integrating multiple APIs • Created AI-powered email triage and response systems • Built legal knowledge automation systems using vector databases and RAG • Designed AI-driven video and content generation systems • Developed customer service and ticket automation workflows What I Build • CRM & Lead Management Systems • AI Email Management Systems • Content & Social Media Automation • Customer Service Automation • Research & Knowledge Systems • Internal Workflow Automation • API Integration & Process Design My focus is simple: Build powerful automation systems that save time, reduce complexity, and create real operational leverage. If you need more than someone to simply “set up a workflow” — and want a partner who can architect reliable, scalable automation systems that genuinely improve how your business operates — I’d be happy to help.
