PMP-certified Construction Project Manager with 10+ years of experience — specializing in remote PM support for renovation and house-flipping operations. Since 2022, I've served as Assistant Project Manager for a US-based real estate investor, supporting 25–50 flip and renovation projects with a combined value of $5M+. My focus is keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and free of costly surprises — all while working remotely across time zones. I help contractors, investors, and GCs stay organized and in control by handling the technical and administrative backbone of their projects: Project scheduling & coordination — build and maintain schedules in MS Project & Primavera, track milestones, flag slippage early Scope & drawing review — analyze plans and drawings to catch conflicts, gaps, and non-compliances before they hit the field Submittal & document review — review submittals against specs, flag issues, and prep clear direction for suppliers Remote assistant support (Preconstruction)— the reliable second set of hands that ensures your project take off within the contract period Tools: MS Projec, Bluebeam Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) I treat your budget and timeline like my own. If you need a detail-oriented PM who communicates clearly and delivers without hand-holding, let's talk.
