My role included overseeing the development of: - A Mobile App (Marketplace) - A Partner Portal for providers - An Admin Console for management - Custom OCPI server - QR-code integration (in progress) This shift positioned this solution as a scalable EV charging marketplace, focusing on partner onboarding to deliver better prices and expand adoption. ✅ Marine Charging System I managed a development team working on an innovative EV charging solution for ferries, allowing electric vehicle drivers to charge their cars while onboard. The system seamlessly integrates with the ship’s onboard software, enabling operators to set up charging stations, manage load distribution, and exchange data in real time as the ship moves. My role involved overseeing the entire development process, from planning and coordination to functionality testing, while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and smooth integration with all supporting platforms. ✅ Real Estate Platform with 360° Panorama Views. I managed a development team building an innovative real estate platform for the Australian market, designed to give users an immersive property viewing experience. The solution provides comprehensive property details along with interactive 2D, 3D, and 360° panorama views of both the property and its surroundings. The platform allows potential buyers to explore interiors, exteriors, and nearby landscapes as if they were there in person, making property discovery more engaging and transparent.
