DTC Creative Strategist (4k to 120k MRR Case Study | ex. Silvercut)
Watch the proof of me scaling a DTC brand from $4k to $120k MRR in my intro video. That's a startup phase. But at $4k MRR, the creative system either forces scale or it doesn't - because there's no budget or brand equity to hide behind. For proof of my strategic thinking and execution, the portfolio below speaks for itself. Over the past 4 years, I've worked with brands generating six figures/month, including two doing $1M+/month. And here's what I noticed: Most DTC brands at 500k-1M/month hit the same ceiling. You are told you need a more sophisticated testing system and more ad volume to break through it. Both assumptions are what keeps the ceiling in place. Here's what's happening: You scale spend 20-30%. CPA spikes. You descale. You don't know if it's the creative, the audience, or the offer. You look at winning ads hoping your brain finds the pattern. You can't tell causation from correlation. You have a hypothesis for every ad. 100 ads, 5+ hypotheses running at once, none accumulating enough data to prove or disprove anything. More hypotheses do not mean more learning. Testing fewer hypotheses at once with enough ad variations behind each one gives you clear answers before moving to the next angle. Without this, accounts end up with 5 guesses, splitting the same data pool into noise. Andromeda punishes throughput for its own sake - and at your spend level, that punishment is expensive. The brands breaking past the $10M/year mark aren't blindly pumping volume. They are mapping out the next angle while the current one is still winning. To protect this level of strategic focus, I am highly selective about who I partner with. ๐ซ We are NOT a fit if: You spend less than $40,000/month on Meta/TikTok ads. You expect me to do unpaid "test edits" or NDA-violating audits to prove my worth. You are looking for a cheap, hourly task-doer. We ARE a fit if: You have a validated, high-quality product and stable unit economics. You want an autonomous, multi-skilled operator to run your creative testing system. You understand that creative knowledge compounds through systematic testing, not random guesses. I don't delegate editing or copywriting to junior talent just to pocket the spread. Because of that, I only take on 3 clients at a time maximum. (Typically working on retainers, but open to full-time positions starting at $10,000/month).
