Alexandra K.

Hi, welcome to my page. I'm Alexandra, an expert in strength and conditioning, sports rehabilitation, health and fitness, and sports massage with over 10 years of experience under my belt. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with established football and sprinting clubs, as well as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu fighters, both as a sports therapist and coach. While my expertise lies in catering to athletes of all levels, I've also successfully guided individuals from injured to strong, empowering them to lead higher quality lives, resume work, and engage in sports, pain-free. In collaboration with a spinal specialist, I've undertaken the rehabilitation of individuals with Spinal Cord Injury and Cerebral Palsy. My unique training style improving Biomotor skills and functional fitness has also help individuals changing their body composition without focusing on weight loss. This approach resulted in long-lasting results. These years have inspired me to start writing, sharing my knowledge, experience, expertise, and opinion with a broader audience through unique, accurate, scientifically proven, informative, and engaging blogs/articles, and e-books. I have been a freelance writer for over 3 years now, which gave me the chance to travel the world and compete as a pro martial artist. This extended my SEO writing niche from fitness, health, wellness to travel too. I'm here because I would like to contribute to the growth of your business by providing reliable, trustworthy content from an expert. I'm confident in my expertise when it comes to health, fitness, wellness, performance, pain management, sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, correct exercise techniques and more. Being a digital nomad also makes me your to-go travel blogger. Please learn more about me by checking out my previous works, e-books, blogs and articles on my profile. Also, feel free to rech out to me with your bet rate (hourly/word) if you find me a good match. Hope to hearing from you soon! Alexandra
