With over 25 years’ experience in learning and leadership development, Ginny has worked for a diverse range of high profile organisations, from Goldman Sachs and UBS to GlaxoSmithKline and Booking Holdings. Her main area of focus now is in executive coaching and executive education helping individuals manage their career transitions whatever their industry or level. Ginny has worked as both an independent consultant and held a variety of interim L&D roles including Head of L&D at Barclays before moving to London Business School rising to the role of Director of their Senior Leadership Development Programmes and is now working as an independent consultant and executive coach across a variety of industries. Ginny is known for her collaborative nature, drive, passion for excellence in learning and an ability to get the best out of people.
