MSP Procurement & Licensing : IT Procurement & SaaS Licensing (Microsoft 365, Adobe, Cisco Meraki, Telecom, RMM tools) Autotask Contract Management & Billing Vendor Portal Operations (Ingram, Pax8, Adobe Console, Meraki, Verizon, T-Mobile) Ticket Processing, Documentation & Internal Team Communication Vendor Portal Skills: Ingram & Pax8: CSP creation, subscription data export, issue resolution Adobe: VIP creation, license purchase processing, quote approvals Cisco Meraki: Quote requests, comparison, PO processing, license fulfillment Verizon/T-Mobile: Device orders, shipping updates, cancellations, line changes RMM/iDrive / Trend Micro: Account creation, device approvals, credentials updates Procurement & License Processing: Validate ticket notes, contracts, CSP details & required information Check for available licenses to avoid unnecessary purchases Process new licenses, subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals Manage customer creation, admin assignments, device approvals Provide accurate order details, subscription names, billing cycles & vendor info Update technicians, AMs, and teams on every order status Autotask (PSA): Create, update and maintain customer contracts Add/remove services and adjust quantity change Audit service details between vendor subscription and Autotask contract Create tickets, add charges, link contracts, and update notes Process billing, recurring services, ticket billing, and contract alignment Maintain accuracy across PO numbers, renewal dates, and contract items
