Claudelle B.

Hi there — I’m Claudelle, Senior Recruiter originally from Montreal, Canada, with over six years of experience helping North American businesses find and hire top talent. I’ve supported companies in tech, sales, operations, finance, and manufacturing by finding and placing top performers who truly fit their culture. My approach is personal and proactive. I don’t rely solely on job boards. I headhunt directly, reaching out to candidates who are already excelling in similar environments. I handle the full process myself — sourcing, outreach, interviews, and shortlisting. I ensure that every candidate I present is both highly qualified and aligned with my client’s long-term goals. What sets me apart: - Targeted headhunting - AI-assisted research and personalized outreach - Proven success with bilingual and niche placements across North America & Australia - Transparent, high-quality process focused on retention - Deep understanding of both Anglophone and Francophone markets In addition to recruitment, I also take on select English–French Canadian translation projects, helping businesses adapt their internal documents, marketing materials, and product descriptions into French Canadian to reach new audiences. If you’re looking for a bilingual recruiter who values relationships, precision and communication, I’d love to connect.
