*****I live in EST time zone!***** I am a proactive and reliable IT Support Technician from Oxford, UK with over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of hardware and software technologies. In my roles I have performed typical sys admin day to day tasks such as administering Office 365/Active Directory/Gsuite, firewalls, printers, networks, securiy endpoints and troubleshooting bespoke accounting/financial/legal software like Quickbooks. I take pride in providing best-in-class customer service within a helpdesk environment for MSPs and IT departments. I am looking to work with clients who require ad hoc support.
