Gladys Lois G.

Hi, I’m Gladys. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I have three years of experience in customer service. Through that experience, I’ve learned how to communicate with different people, handle difficult conversations, and stay patient when things don’t go as expected. I would describe myself as attentive to detail, curious, and willing to learn. I like to understand how things work, and when I’m unfamiliar with something, I take the time to research it and use the resources available to me. I’m also comfortable asking questions because I believe understanding a task properly is part of doing it well. I enjoy work where I can help people, solve problems, and keep things organized. I take my responsibilities seriously and try to be someone my team can depend on. Clear communication is important to me, whether that means asking for clarification, sharing progress, or following through on a commitment. I’ve used Canva for simple editing and layouts, and I use ChatGPT regularly to help tailor emails. I’m interested in learning more tools and building skills that I can use in different kinds of work. As I start my freelancing journey, I’m looking for opportunities where I can contribute what I already know while learning from the people I work with. I’m open to feedback and willing to put in the effort to understand your business and the way your team works. I'd be happy to connect and learn more about how I can help with your project.
