🥇 Senior Product/Project Manager | ex-UX/UI Designer ✅ 50+ Projects Delivered · 100% Job Success · Agile delivery, run in ClickUp and Jira ⭐ Fortune 500 & Silicon Valley Expertise Tasks scattered across tools, deadlines slipping, and no one truly owns the plan? That's what I fix. I'm an organized, proactive Product Manager / Project Manager and a ClickUp expert who becomes the single point of accountability on your product. I plan, execute and oversee delivery from kickoff through launch, turning messy, cross-functional work into one source of truth your whole team actually follows. 🛠 ClickUp is home base ClickUp is where I run everything: sprint boards, backlogs, custom statuses, automations, hand-off rules, and client-facing reporting dashboards, and I can set one up clean from scratch. I'm also fluent in Jira, Asana, Trello, and Notion so I'll work in whatever your team already uses. Either way: no more scattered tasks or a board nobody trusts. 🎨 Design-informed, not just delivery Here's what's rare: I come from UX/UI design (Figma, Webflow, wireframing, prototyping). So I don't just track timelines, but I review the product itself, catch usability issues early, and give designers and engineers specific, useful feedback that keeps quality high. I'm hands-on: I ship and hand off cleanly to developers, not just produce strategy decks. I also run an AI-native workflow (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to move faster as your stack evolves. 🚀 What I bring to your product ✔ Full-cycle Product Management & Project Management — scoping, scheduling and sprint planning through delivery and launch, run in ClickUp ✔ ClickUp workspace setup & optimization — sprint boards, backlogs, roadmaps, custom statuses, automations and hand-off rules (also Jira, Asana, Trello, Miro) ✔ Single point of accountability — As product manager, one owner keeping cross-functional remote teams (designers, mobile/web devs, QA, support) aligned across time zones ✔ Milestones, timelines & clear communication — client-facing reporting and weekly status so stakeholders always know where the project stands ✔ Design-informed product decisions — Figma, Webflow and wireframing to keep design and usability sharp ✔ MVP delivery for mobile apps, SaaS platforms and dashboards — including AI integrations and payment systems 📊 Proof Top Rated Plus with a perfect 5.0 rating and 100% Job Success, $90K+ earned across 1,600+ hours on Upwork. Recent work: • Led the MVP for an AI-powered health-tracking iOS app — AI meal-photo recognition + CGM integration — run in ClickUp • Redesigned a global security dashboard used by 7,500+ employees, improving breach monitoring and 2FA compliance • Built a live 4K sales-reporting dashboard for a US manufacturer, integrating real-time e-commerce data — as both product manager and designer 💬 Let's build something Available for full-time, part-time, and fractional product management engagements.
