Also resolved a 1,500+ record duplicate contact issue caused by disconnected booking channels. ▫️Production Budget Dashboards (Entertainment/TV) Built Monday Vibe apps for a television production company, turning multi-million dollar production budgets into live dashboards, real-time cost tracking, budget-vs-actual views, and auto-refreshing reporting used across multiple concurrent show productions. ▫️Facility & Property Management System (Real Estate/Facilities) Designed a complete facility and property management system in Monday from the ground up, including SOPs, system reference documentation, and a full training deck for the client’s internal team, plus a compliance-ready website build to support their business texting setup. ▫️CRM & Sales Infrastructure (Training/Consulting) Built a full Pipedrive sales infrastructure from scratch for a corporate training company, multi-stage pipeline, territory structure, custom product catalog, and CSV migration of contacts from three separate platforms into one clean system.
