NeoReach — Influencer Campaign Management Platform Led the end-to-end UX/UI redesign of NeoReach's campaign management platform, helping agencies manage influencer marketing campaigns, client briefs, influencer discovery, deadlines, and follow-ups. The main challenge was simplifying complex operational workflows and making campaign progress, dependencies, and bottlenecks easier to understand. I restructured the information architecture, improved user flows, and redesigned the dashboard to give teams better visibility into campaign activities and outstanding tasks.
