🎯 Design Systems Engineer | Senior UI/UX Designer | Creator of Sakani UI 🏆 Top Rated · 100% Job Success | 5+ Years of Product Design Experience Hi, my name is Sam, and I'm the creator of Sakani Design System. For over 5 years, I've designed end-to-end product experiences and built scalable design systems for founders and product-led teams across the US, Europe, East Asia, the Middle East, and the UK, working with everyone from pre-seed startups to global high-street brands across SaaS, B2B, legal tech, edtech, fintech, and consumer apps. About: 🏆 Upwork Top Rated with 100% job success score ⚡️ 5+ years delivering SaaS, mobile, and web UX/UI design 🎯 Projects spanning SaaS platforms, mobile apps, web apps, and design systems engineering 🌟 Clients from pre-seed startups to global high-street brands 📱 End-to-end design for iOS, Android, and desktop software 📐 Production-ready Figma files, built for engineering handoff, not just presentation 💜 Clients: LegalZoom, Gozango, Afterschool HQ, MyMetaSoftware. What makes my work different: I don't just design screens; I think about the entire product experience. For SaaS products, that means understanding how different user roles move through a platform, where workflows break down, and how to design interfaces that reduce friction at every touchpoint. For mobile, it means designing for real usage patterns, thumb zones, loading states, and edge cases, not just clean screens in a mockup. And when a product needs to scale, I build the design infrastructure to support it: component libraries, design tokens, and documentation that keeps teams aligned and speeds up future development. Whether it's a full product redesign, a new feature, a mobile app, or a design system from the ground up, I ask the questions most designers skip and push back when something won't serve the user. What I offer: ✔ SaaS & Software UX/UI Design. End-to-end product design for web apps, desktop software, and SaaS platforms, from discovery and wireframing through to pixel-perfect, developer-ready UI. ✔ Mobile App Design. Native iOS and Android experiences designed around how people actually use their phones, not just how they look in a portfolio. ✔ Design Systems & Documentation. Full design system built in Figma, tokens, components, variants, and handoff-ready documentation your engineers will actually use. ✔ Web & App Development. I bring designs to life in Framer (websites) and Cursor/Lovable (web apps), closing the gap between design intent and working product. Comprehensive expertise: SaaS, B2B, and B2C interface design Mobile app design (iOS & Android) Web app & desktop software design Design systems, component libraries & design tokens Wireframing, prototyping & high-fidelity UI UX research, user journey mapping & information architecture Design audit & UX audit Website design & development (Framer) Web app development (Cursor · Lovable · Antigravity) Developer handoff & Figma-to-code pipelines My stack: Design: Figma, Storybook, Chromatic, Make, FigJam, Zeplin, Development: Claude, Cursor, Framer, Lovable, Antigravity Collaboration: Slack, Linear, ClickUp, Odoo If you're looking for a senior UX/UI designer, SaaS product designer, mobile app designer, design systems expert, or a design partner who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, I'd love to hear about what you're building. 🙌
