SOME OF THE HARD PARTS I HAVE ALREADY SOLVED A language model running entirely on the phone — 584 MB downloaded once, answers with no connection, no per-message cost, nothing leaving the device. A point of sale that recorded 412 sales while completely disconnected, with no sync layer to fail. One tap that plans and flies a six-step drone mission, with a failure path at every step. Live speech turned into assigned, structured work in full Arabic right-to-left — no Flutter package does it properly, so it is native on both sides. HOW I WORK I am the developer, not a task-taker.
