Revit BIM architect with 10 years of experience delivering coordinated models and permit-ready drawings for G+0 to G+28 buildings. I currently lead architecture and BIM across six concurrent projects, and I cut design clashes by 70% through systematic clash detection. What I can take off your plate: • Revit models (architecture, structure, MEPF) from concept to construction documentation • Architectural design development for residential and commercial buildings, from concept to permit-ready drawings • 2D to 3D conversion: PDF and CAD drawings turned into accurate Revit and 3D models • AutoCAD drafting and construction drawing sets • Rhino, Grasshopper and SketchUp modeling for complex geometry • Renders and walkthroughs (Enscape, Lumion, and D5) when you need to present Why clients work with me: • Autodesk Revit Certified Professional, BSc Architecture (EiABC, Addis Ababa University) • Led design teams of up to 15 architects • Fluent English and Amharic; Addis Ababa (UTC+3) hours overlap well with Europe and the Middle East • Happy to join your team on ongoing projects Send me your drawings and a short brief, and I'll reply with a clear scope and timeline.
