I’ve worked on projects for companies handling everything from lead routing and CRM automation to server-side logic, custom integrations, and operational systems that need to perform in real business environments. My work goes beyond the platform itself. I regularly build and troubleshoot custom solutions using JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Python, and TypeScript, along with server management, webhook handling, API connections, and database structures that support more advanced business needs. I’m especially strong in the space between operations and engineering: understanding what a company needs, then translating that into systems that are practical, scalable, and built to last. I also bring a strong client and team-facing side to technical work. I have a background in customer service, so I communicate clearly, work well with teams, and understand how to collaborate with non-technical clients and users without making things more complicated than they need to be. At the same time, I’m very comfortable taking ownership of my part of a project and working independently when the goals, tools, and expectations are clear. My goal is never to just do simple setup work.
