My experience covers 8 years in the field of Procurement & Supply Chain Management, mostly from Procurement, on Sourcing, Contracting, Project Management and Category Management positions. This is backed my educational background - I've got degrees in Economics (BSc), Finance & Accounting (MSc) and Procurement & Supply Chain Management (CIPS Professional Degree). Going into details, I was involved in procurement sourcing, commercial and contract negotiations, market research, various aspects of analysis (supplier, price, quality, sustainability, etc.) category management, supplier & stakeholder relationship management, procurement value engineering, project management and many more. I possess knowledge of cosmetics, pharmaceutical and facility management industries. What is more, from the procurement perspective, I worked with categories/areas such as manufacturing & warehousing (CAPEX, forklift trucks, warehousing logistics, etc.), packaging (cartons, labels, leaflets, corrugated board, pallets, drums, shrink wrap, minor packaging components), freight & logistics, scientific & business information (databases, datasets, journals, access licenses), process chemicals & excipients and all kinds of soft & hard facility management services, such as cleaning, subcontracting (laundry, washroom, catering, landscaping, waste management, technical services, capital projects and so on). I am also aware of elements belonging to sustainability in diversity. During my career I worked with almost all applications belonging to Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PowerShell, Project), procurement software (applied in almost all aspect of procurement work, such as data analytics, sourcing, contracting, purchase-to-pay, contract management, risk management, supplier management, sustainability), such as IBM products, SAP Ariba, Sievo, GEP, Coupa, Scanmarket, Jaggaer, Oracle, Hiperos. I provide reliable support in almost all elements of procurement profession with deep understanding of the nature of the business itself, working closely with other stakeholders, finding common grounds and delivering the best value possible. I am also an expert in procurement software, being actual user of numerous tools with a record of being key/power user of few of them. In my freelancing journey (on and outside of this platform) I participated in projects concerning: - sourcing for raw materials, products and services, - developing sourcing and procurement category strategies, - procurement proofreading and ghostwriting, - evaluating procurement tools & solutions available on the market, - consulting related to my areas of expertise (providing a procurement input or intelligence), - supporting negotiations and contracting process with local vendors.
