WordPress & WooCommerce Developer | Custom PHP Plugins, GDPR & WCAG
Seven years building WordPress, and the job I get called for most is the one the last developer said could not be done. Custom PHP. Real integrations. Builds that hold up when a European client puts them through a compliance audit. I have worked with clients in the Netherlands, the United States, Australia and across India. Different industry every time, which I think is the reason I am useful. A Dutch AI company that needed its site to satisfy EU accessibility rules in three languages. A tintype photographer in Arkansas who needed booking, deposits and Stripe to behave like one flow instead of three. A palliative care charity in Queensland running memberships, recurring donations, a shop and a synced events calendar off a single install. A fencing supplier who needed five measurements to become a priced bill of materials in a cart. None of those were theme installs. The feedback I get is usually about the same thing. One client wrote that I "pointed us at some topics we were not aware of." That is the part of the job I actually care about. I read a brief, and then I tell you what is missing from it before we start, not in week three when changing it costs money. If the plugin you picked is going to break in six months, I would rather have that conversation on day one. ✧ 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃 ➲ Custom WordPress plugins in PHP - Plugins written from scratch when nothing on the market fits the business logic - Calculators, configurators and quote builders that feed a WooCommerce cart - Custom Gutenberg blocks so the client can manage content without calling me - API bridge plugins connecting WordPress to CRM, ERP and external services - REST API and GraphQL development, webhooks, scheduled sync jobs ➲ WooCommerce - Custom checkout flows, subscriptions, dynamic pricing rules, multi-vendor with Dokan - Payment gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, including webhooks and payment links - Product catalogues, variable products, import and export automation - Store speed work: database tuning, query optimisation, cache configuration ➲ Membership, LMS and booking - MemberPress, LearnDash, BuddyBoss, Sensei LMS - Amelia booking with Stripe, Google Calendar sync, coupons, reminders, tax rules - Gravity Forms, protected content, member portals, event synchronisation ➲ Builds and migrations - Figma or PSD to WordPress, pixel accurate, in Elementor Pro, Bricks, Kadence, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery or a custom theme - ACF Pro, custom post types, custom fields, options pages - WPML, Polylang and Weglot for multilingual sites - Migrations from Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Joomla and static HTML - Malware removal, security hardening, and rescuing sites that were compromised ✧ 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐃𝐃-𝐎𝐍 The European Accessibility Act has applied since June 2025. Anything new you ship into the EU has to meet WCAG standards from day one now. I do this in the code, not with an overlay widget that paints over the problem and leaves it there. On my last compliance build the site scored 99 out of 100 on accessibility testing with 44 of 45 checks passing, and the client's own audit signed it off. GDPR consent, cookie handling and data flow were built in during the project, not bolted on after launch. ✧ 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 You get a reply the same day, every day, including a plain answer when the answer is no. I work in your staging environment, I do not touch a live site without a backup, and I tell you what I found rather than only what I fixed. Small tasks get a fixed price. Anything open-ended gets an hourly estimate with a ceiling I stick to. ✧ 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇 ⇒ WordPress, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, REST API, GraphQL ⇒ WooCommerce, Dokan, Subscriptions, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay ⇒ Elementor Pro, Bricks, ACF Pro, Gutenberg, Kadence, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery ⇒ LearnDash, MemberPress, BuddyBoss, Sensei LMS, Amelia, Gravity Forms ⇒ GDPR, Complianz, WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, ADA, Section 508 ⇒ WPML, Polylang, Weglot, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, Cloudflare, Redis ⇒ HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier, Brevo, WP All Import ⇒ Git, staging-first deployment, WP-CLI Send me the project. I will come back the same day with what I would build, how long it takes, and where I think the brief has a hole in it.
