I designed, built and shipped MealPreppi, a multi-tenant AI meal-planning app on Supabase with role-based permissions enforced in Postgres RLS, realtime sync across households, and an AI planner that reads leftovers, cook rotation and each member's macro targets. Delivered here on Upwork: an AI lead qualification agent, a RAG chatbot, an AI voice receptionist, SMS automation with AI intake, n8n workflow debugging, and conversational AI prompt engineering. MEASURED, NOT CLAIMED • 100% Job Success Score. • An AI lead qualification agent that took a client's lead response time from about 4 hours to under 3 minutes. • A 28-page WordPress lead-generation site scoring 100/100/100 on Lighthouse across five page types. LCP 0.5s, CLS 0, TBT 0ms. • A cinematic scroll site where I found a repaint bottleneck and took worst-frame render time from 1055ms to 39ms. • Designer as well as developer. I created the logo and most of the visual identity for the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, where as front-end developer I have led multiple full rebuilds of public platforms serving 30,000+ monthly users, improved performance by up to 30%, refactored legacy systems of 20,000+ lines, and driven three county websites from below WCAG A to full WCAG 2.1 AA under DOJ-mandated standards.
