Leslie W.

I'm a composer, arranger, and choir director who turns recordings, demos, and rough ideas into clean, performance-ready music. My work spans transcription, arrangement, composition, vocal leadership, and music education, with projects delivered for clients worldwide and a 100% Job Success score on Upwork. What I Do 1. Transcription & Arrangement I create precise sheet music from audio recordings, demos, or sketches: lead sheets, vocal-piano arrangements, SATB, and ensemble scores. Every score is clean, expressive, and written for real musicians to read. 2. Orchestration & Ensemble Writing As a choir director, I write idiomatic, playable parts that balance musical richness with performer accessibility. I focus on clarity, blend, and emotional impact. My Berklee training in orchestration and scoring for visual media adds depth to this work. 3. Original Composition I compose original music for film, concert settings, and collaborative projects, shaping music that supports narrative and emotional depth. 4. Vocal Training & Choral Direction As founder and artistic director of an international mixed choir, I train singers in breath support, resonance, stamina, and healthy technique, helping performers sustain energy without strain. 5. Music Education & Curriculum Design I've taught music theory online and arranged vocal and piano pieces for published children's music education. I design engaging courses and structured materials rooted in practical musicianship. 6. AI Music & Audio Evaluation I evaluate AI-generated music and audio against professional references, run side-by-side preference comparisons, perform technical audio checks (loudness, peaks, spectral balance), and write detailed weighted rubrics for model assessment. Tools: Sibelius, Dorico, MuseScore, Audacity Working with me: Clear communication, fast turnaround, and revisions until the score works for your musicians. Send me a short brief with your ensemble, style, and deadline, and I'll reply with a plan and quote.
