Kajetan J.
AI Systems Engineer & Consultant | Agents, Orchestration, RAG, MCP
Ask five people how one process works and you'll get five different answers, all correct. "You can ignore that flag. It only means something if it's still there after Thursday." Nothing like that is written down anywhere. Nobody is paid to describe their own job, and the parts worth describing are the parts they stopped noticing years ago. Point Claude or GPT at work like that and the job gets done twice, once by the model, then by whoever gets frustrated correcting it. I build agent orchestration, MCP integrations, Claude Skills, workflow automation. The work is in what sits around the model, deciding which tools the agent can call, what it remembers between calls, what needs a person before it writes anything. Some of what looks like a hard constraint turns out to be habit. Fifty half-understood agents is fifty things that can break. This works when the work runs frequently and the context is spread across three or four systems. Message me with one process you'd hand off. I'll tell you what it takes to build, and which parts I'd leave alone.
