My abilities to multi-task & staying organized make me an excellent candidate for this position. I’ve been working as a personal/virtual assistant for over 2,5 years and I really love it! I’ve worked with several clients (from USA and Europe) in different industries - personal, property management and social media/content creation and Ads management. I’ve done calendar management, was scheduling all the meetings, private and business trips, all the appointments. I’ve worked for over a year as a content creator on a different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, blog etc). My responsibility was creating a content (photo or video), writing a caption, scheduling posts and replying to the comments/messages. I was property manager for few apartments and small houses on Airbnb. I was responsible for listing the property, answering guests questions, approving or denying reservations, generating financial reports. I also did part time in online store as a customer service and was responsible for checking all the orders, before they were send to the clients. I’m knowledgeable in using several tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trello, Slack, Canva, Hubspot, PowerDiary, TextMagic, Calendly, Airbnb and many more. Im very responsible and hard working person. I’m very fast learner and nothing is impossible for me!
