Tomisin A.

Highly skilled Operations Manager & Project Coordinator | Business Operations | Executive Support | Superstar Generalist. I help growing businesses bring structure to the chaos: operations, projects, people, systems, and growth. With 4+ years across wellness, DTC, skincare, events, and tech, I’m the person who can look at what’s messy, figure out what’s missing, and make it work. The business is growing. The problem is, the way it runs hasn’t caught up. More clients. More projects. More people. More moving parts and somehow, it all still ends up on the founder’s plate. That’s where I come in. A few things I’ve done: → Helped take a feminine wellness brand from US-only to international, including 3PL logistics and product expansion. → Helped grow a brand from $20K → $60K/month through content strategy and customer retention. → Built CRM + workflow automation that reduced manual admin and improved the client experience. I can help with operations, project management, business development, systems, team coordination, and executive support without needing to be hand-held through every step. I am highly proficient with tools such as Keap CRM, ACT, Notion, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Monday .com, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Think of me as the person between “we need to fix this” and “it’s handled.” If you're a founder who needs someone who can think strategically, operate independently, and still get into the weeds to execute, I'd like to talk to you soon.
