What goes at the top of the page, and how long it takes someone to find the one number they came for. AI features break normal patterns. The output is unpredictable, users feel the latency, and somebody still has to judge whether the result can be trusted. None of that gets fixed by making it look nicer. ▪️ How I work On a new product, I settle the problem and the flows before anyone talks about visuals.
