I have been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years now and I'd say that it's a very interesting job that requires a lot endurance and desire to be able to keep it as is. For all those times I spent in this industry, nothing is more rewarding than hearing your customer ask for your name and thank you for the help that you have been to them.
