I’m a children’s book illustrator. While I can and enjoy drawing a wide range of subjects, I have a passion for creating anthropomorphic animal characters. I work with traditional techniques, using watercolor and/or ink. • I begin with character design and storyboarding, outlining the entire project at once to ensure all logical steps are in place. I offer unlimited revisions on these thumbnail sketches until everyone is satisfied. • The next step is drawing all the illustrations on watercolor paper, followed by a final review of the sketches and color design. • Then, I proceed with painting and coloring the final illustrations. • After digitizing the images, I make any necessary corrections in Photoshop to ensure everything is polished. • Additionally, I offer cover design and final book formatting using InDesign.
