Anne O.

I’m Anne, a seasoned Remote HR Generalist and Virtual Assistant with over six years of hands‑on experience supporting clients and organizations across diverse industries—finance, IT, tech start‑ups, HR consulting firms, recruitment agencies, and healthcare, among others. My expertise covers the full spectrum of HR functions, including end‑to‑end recruitment, HR administration, serving as a trusted HR Business Partner, driving employee engagement initiatives, managing performance and retention strategies, and developing and implementing effective HR policies. Alongside my HR capabilities, I also handle core virtual assistant functions—managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations for executives and teams. Team management and people operations are not just responsibilities for me—they’re my passion. I take pride in guiding teams through the complexities of remote work with professionalism, strategic insight, and a positive approach that fosters collaboration and growth. I’m excited to bring this depth of experience to our virtual workspace and look forward to helping us build an environment defined by efficiency, support, and continuous improvement.
