Throughout my years studying in the United Kingdom, I have had the chance to develop a solid background in both effectively conveying and interpreting concrete information, as well as dealing with abstract uses of the language. Regular interactions with native English speakers at my school as well as in my community during the 5 years spent in Coventry, UK have reinforced my confidence in being able to effectively communicate at a native level. Further being actively involved in organizing and providing assistance at volunteering events, as well as my brief background working in Customer Service made me understand the importance of conveying a professional attitude when working with a team and when representing an institution. My current work experience helped me develop a solid understanding of customer expectations and how to effectively address all needs in a timely manner.
