Additionally to my Administrative experience, having an HR degree enables me to use a number of different theories and tools to assess and evaluate clients or employees. With the increasing technological world, I am able to use my skills virtually and encourage organizational change and help employees deal with it. I am available for short or long term contracts. I’m a fast learner and strive to do the very best in every task I undertake. I am confident I can more than deliver on the requirements you have outlined and will quickly get up to speed with any programmes that I might not be totally au fait with.
