I am a Microsoft Certified Professional with 13+ Years of experience working in several technologies administration and development like Windows Server, Exchange Server, Office 365, Azure, Backup and Firewalls and IT Automation. I have worked for MNCs (like SC Johnson, Adecco, BCBS) as well as handled IT infrastructure for several Small and Medium Business Companies which gave me hands-on on many technological platforms. I have had worked on projects single handedly and set up IT infrastructure for clients to ease their businesses. I have mastered in communication with the end users understanding their needs and requirements to provide solutions and fix any issues they encounter on regular basis. I have also handled team of 10-15 members and took trainings for new hires. Also have been a part of Interview Panel and selected candidates for my company several times.
