Business Systems Strategist | Workflow Automation Design + Build
Your business needs systems that work, whether you're launching and want to do it right from day one, or you're fixing a mess that's gotten out of hand. Right now, you're probably running on a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other. Gmail overflowing. Files scattered across Drive. Manual copy-paste between spreadsheets. Everything depending on one person (usually you) remembering how it all works. It's exhausting. And it doesn't scale. I help service businesses and small teams build automated workflows in Google Workspace. I don't just tell you what needs fixing - I design the system with you, build the automation, document how it works, and train your team so they can actually use it. --- #Who hires me: - You're launching a business and don't want to wing it - you want client systems, file organization, and automated workflows set up properly before things get chaotic. - You're fixing a mess - your current setup is held together with duct tape, things slip through cracks, and you're tired of doing everything manually. - You're scaling - you're hiring people and realizing your "system" only exists in your head. You need something your team can follow without you micromanaging every step. --- #How I work: the FLOW process - Find the gaps - We map out your workflow (or design one if you're starting fresh). Where are things getting stuck? What's taking too long? What gets forgotten? - Limit the clutter - Before automating anything, we simplify. Most businesses try to automate chaos, which just gives you automated chaos. - Optimize with automation - I build the workflow in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Forms, Calendar) with Apps Script and integrations (Zapier, Make, whatever connects your tools). The goal is: runs reliably without you babysitting it. - Walkthrough & handover - I don't just hand you a system and disappear. You get written SOPs, video walkthroughs (Loom), and a training session so you and your team actually know how to use it. Plus proper access controls so people can't accidentally break things. --- #What I build: ##For new businesses: - Drive structure that makes sense (not 47 folders called "Important") - Client intake and onboarding workflows - Email templates and automated responses - Basic CRM or client tracker in Sheets ##For established businesses: - Client journey automation (inquiry โ onboarding โ delivery โ offboarding) - Operations dashboards (track projects, finances, team tasks - all in one place) - Email and calendar cleanup (inbox triage systems, automated scheduling, digest emails) - Tool consolidation (replace 5-8 subscriptions with Google Workspace automation) - Team handoff systems (sales โ ops, project โ archive, smooth transitions between stages) ##And always: - SOPs for everything so you're not reinventing the wheel each time - Video training for your team - Security and permissions set up properly from the start --- #Tools I use: Google Workspace is the backbone (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Apps Script). Then I connect it to whatever else you're using - Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Stripe, lightweight CRMs, project management tools. The goal isn't to use every tool out there. It's to use the right ones that actually talk to each other. --- #A couple examples: I worked with a consultant who had 12 manual steps for onboarding each client, scattered across 5 different tools. I rebuilt it as a 3-step automated flow entirely in Google Workspace. First client through the new system: 20 minutes instead of 3 hours. I built a coaching business from scratch - intake forms, automated welcome emails, session scheduling, payment tracking, file organization. All integrated before they ever signed their first client. They've been running on that system for 6 months without touching it. Clients typically save 5-10 hours a week. But more than that, they stop worrying about things falling through cracks. --- #How we work together: ##Option 1: Workflow Audit ($200) - 90-minute call where we map your process (or design one if you're building from scratch) - I send you a written report: what's broken, what can be automated, ROI estimates, implementation roadmap - Then you decide - build it yourself, or hire me to implement ##Option 2: Jump straight to a project - Browse my catalog (Secure Drive Structure, Client Onboarding System, Business Foundation Setup, Subscription Audit) - Or tell me what you need and I'll scope it as a custom build --- Next step: Book an audit, check out the catalog, or just tell me what's driving you crazy right now and we'll figure it out.
