I am your one-stop shop for virtual assistance with a focus on business communications and human resource needs. Effective, professional content and strategic HR structure can take your business to the next level. I am here to support you on that journey! As a seasoned professional with broad experience writing professional content, I can support you to: develop and write company blogs with strategic use of SEO keywords; develop policies & procedures that fit your business; create an employee handbook; assist you with writing polished, professional e-mails; and more! I'm also available to serve as your ghostwriter and assist with writing on your behalf so you can present yourself and your business as polished and professionally as possible. Having built a 15+ year career in HR/People Development, I can also work with you to build sustainable HR procedures, such as performance management, benefits and compensation development, and talent acquisition strategy. We can build these plans so they can be managed by you, with or without long-term HR support. I am an enthusiastic, energetic, responsive and dedicated partner looking forward to collaborating with you and your team!
