I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal with extensive experience in immigration law, supporting attorneys in the preparation and filing of USCIS forms, managing case documentation, and drafting client correspondence. My work has focused heavily on humanitarian-based immigration relief, including VAWA, U Visa (Form I-918), and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases, as well as the preparation of related Form I-360 petitions. I also have hands-on experience with EOIR matters, including preparing EOIR-42B applications, tracking and maintaining critical court deadlines, and assisting with the drafting of motions and supporting documentation for immigration court proceedings. In addition to my immigration practice experience, I have worked as an Application Specialist, handling complex documentation processes and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. I am proficient in Docketwise, MyCase, and Clio Manage, with strong skills in proofreading, document verification, and compliance management.
