I'm currently the Head of Mechanical Engineering at a UAV company. I have a master's degree and 7 years of industry experience, including previous work on NASA projects. I’ve led full product development cycles across multiple industries, from early concepts through mass-produced designs. My work focuses on CAD design, design for manufacturing (DFM), engineering drawings, and engineering validation through FEA. I have experience designing for CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and additive manufacturing (3D printing). On the FEA side, I perform structural, vibration, fatigue, and thermal simulations to optimize and validate designs before production.
