With a background in business analysis and process improvement, as well as training in Lean and Six Sigma, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any project. I have a B.A. in Business and an M.S. in Technology Management, and I am certified by Microsoft in the Power Platform. I'm especially skilled in automating business processes and finding ways to improve efficiency. For example, I recently helped a logistics department streamline their contract and option year management using Power Apps, and I led a process improvement initiative that resulted in a 50% reduction in customer service turnaround time. In addition to my technical skills, I'm also a great communicator and problem-solver, and I love working with others to achieve a common goal.
