I am a seasoned employee who started working in the BPO industry since 2005. I started as a Technical Support Agent working my way through to the Service Desk industry which is a more technical role for corporations and MSP. I have been on different shifts graveyard and mid-shift for the most part. I have worked with different people across the globe mainly speaking the English language.
