I am a Partner at IT Enablers Global, with over 20 years in IT. I can play several senior roles depending on what your organisation needs: leading AI-led product development, advising on where AI fits in your business, leading ERP and CRM programmes, or providing IT leadership as an interim or fractional CIO. What makes the difference is the business side. I've worked alongside CEOs, CFOs, and heads of legal, sales and marketing across almost every industry, so I understand how each function runs and what it needs from technology. I explain it in their language, and turn their needs into something that can actually be delivered. How I can help: • AI-led product development. Taking a product from idea to launch: concept, MVP scope, architecture, build and go-to-market. I have built three SaaS products of my own this way, including GoInboxAgent • AI advisory. Identifying where AI and automation add real value, whether in a new product, inside ERP and CRM, or within individual processes such as sales, marketing, purchasing and customer service. • ERP and CRM programme leadership. Solution design, independent readiness checks before go-live, and post-implementation reviews with a prioritised list of improvements. • Interim or fractional CIO. Senior IT leadership for a defined period or a set number of days a month: roadmap, budget, vendors, and reporting to your leadership team. • IT governance and PMO. Setting up or running your programme office, IT policies and KPIs, so leadership can see what IT is delivering and what it costs. • Project rescue and vendor oversight. An experienced voice on your side of the table, keeping system integrators aligned to scope, cost and quality. Platforms I've worked with: Microsoft Azure and .NET, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho One and Zoho CRM, SharePoint, and the integrations between them. Background: started as a developer, spent nine years leading IT governance and the programme office for a large energy group, and the last eight as Partner at IT Enablers Global.
