I've been working in the BPO Industry for more than 12 years now. Started as a collections representative that handles the financials of our customers, particularly with their credit statements. Moved to be a customer service representative and handled health care information and accounting software management of our customers. I have years of experience being a technical support representative who handled desktop and laptop hardware and software issues from a Mac to Windows OS users before being got into a Management position. I am an intermediate user of google suite and Microsoft office, who's familiar with most of their functions used for documents, tracking data, and converting these data to google slide or PowerPoint presentations. I have a wide variety of experience in BPO industry and freelancing mainly being a General Virtual assistant that I can definitely use to be successful with the open position from your company.
