Vidhya R.

I am the creator and administrator of RentAPuzzle.com — a WooCommerce-based eCommerce platform that allows users to rent jigsaw puzzles online. This uses Elementor, PHP scripts, JS scripts and standalone plugins. I designed and customised every aspect of the website, including the subscription system, checkout flow, and return logistics integration using ShipRocket. This project showcases my ability to combine technical problem-solving, automation, and user experience design to build a fully functional online business from concept to execution. I am also a Senior Power BI Consultant with over 15 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and database management. My expertise includes Power BI dashboard development, SQL Server scripting, and DBA management. I have created numerous interactive dashboards for Insurance and Costing companies, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. Beyond data analytics, I implemented an AI voice agent to automate call handling and appointment scheduling, integrating it seamlessly with Zapier, Bland.ai, and Slack for workflow efficiency. Having developed several MS Excel VBA applications, I also bring strong Excel automation and advanced formula expertise to support in-depth data analysis and reporting. My attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication ensure that every project I undertake is completed on time, accurately, and with measurable impact.
