Financial Modeling, CFO & LBO Specialist

Hello! I am a financial analyst specializing in high-powered LBO models and Fractional CFO services. My primary work involves (1) developing detailed buy-side (acquisition) models and (2) managing a company's finance function via budgeting, forecasting, and strategic advisory. I've been building LBO models for the last 8 years, constantly pushing to create the most interactive, user-friendly, and visually appealing models. My objective is to make it easier for investors and operators to decide whether to purchase a particular business and to then find a price/structure that will both manage risk and maximize returns. I have worked with family offices, private equity firms, and individual investors, primarily involving deals within the $1mm-$10mm EBITDA range. CFO/FP&A: Outside of transactions, I enjoy working side-by-side with business owners, navigating challenges and powering the decisions that fuel growth and efficiency. Crafting a well-formulated fiancial plan ensures that owners no longer have to fly blind and provides a comprehensive roadmap to success. I am passionate about working hand in hand with business owners to help give them better insight into performance, to identify potential weaknesses, and to map out an effective growth path. I seek to build comprehensive 3-statement models that can accurately forecast near-term and long-term cash flows. I use this as a baseline to inform future strategy layering in strategic decision making such as: (1) Expansion planning (2) Growth by Acquisition (3) Capital Planning Finally, I integrate interactive dashboards and variance analyses into my projects to communicate performance to key stakeholders and help shape future strategy.
