I build operational systems for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual work. You’re probably here because your operation has gotten too big or clunky for the way it was originally built. There's way too many spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and information living in people’s heads. Your project management setup is messy and doesn't talk to your CRM. Your team is doing work that should be automated, and every new tool seems to create even more work. That’s usually where I come in. I figure out how the process should actually work, then build the system around it. That can mean cleaning up monday, rebuilding a CRM, connecting systems through Make or APIs, building AI workflows, creating internal tools, or tying all of it together into one operation that people can actually use. A lot of my work sits between operations, automation, AI, and custom development. I care less about forcing a specific tool and more about fixing the actual workflow. I know these systems well enough that I don’t spend your hours learning the platform while you’re paying me. Now the background. I was CEO of Workiflow before accepting a cash exit. During my time, we served ~1,000 clients, scaled the company to 50+ people, became a monday Platinum Partner with CRM Specialization, and were named monday’s 2025 Rising Star for North America. 🏆 That experience matters because I’ve had to live with the same problems I now solve for clients. Hiring, training, sales, delivery, operations, process design, automation, reporting, management, and all the ugly stuff that comes with scaling a team. I’ve personally built systems for hundreds of clients, including businesses with 100-500+ users. I’m also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and CCAF certified. My recent work has leaned heavily into AI-assisted workflows and custom apps using Claude Code. ⚙️ If your business has reached the point where the systems are slowing the team down instead of helping them, that’s usually where I’m most useful.
