Need a reliable Email Marketing VA who can manage your campaigns, inbox, and backend systems without constant follow-ups? I help busy business owners stay organized, consistent, and stress-free — while keeping their emails and operations running smoothly. Over the years, I’ve worked with global clients managing inboxes, setting up email campaigns in ConvertKit, and keeping systems organized behind the scenes. I focus on making sure nothing falls through the cracks — especially when things get busy. 🔹 Email Marketing Support (ConvertKit) • Campaign setup, formatting, and scheduling • Broadcasts, sequences, and automations • Audience segmentation and tagging • Final checks before sending (links, formatting, timing) • Tracking open rates and engagement I’ve supported email lists maintaining 25–35% open rates, ensuring consistent weekly sends and zero missed campaigns. 🔹 Executive & Virtual Assistant Support • Inbox and calendar management • Backend updates (Wix & ConvertKit) • Reporting and documentation • Lead research and basic SEO tasks Through improved systems, I’ve helped clients save 5–10 hours per week and reduce missed communications. I’m known for being responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. If you need someone who can handle details without constant supervision, I’d be happy to support you.
