Aibek I.

Most YouTube channels with great content still plateau at low retention — because editing structure, not quality, is the real problem. I'm a long-form video editor for media teams and DTC brands, specialized in high-retention edits that maximize watch time and RPM. I build clean narrative flow across 10–60 min videos, keep them mid-roll-ad-friendly, and use AI (Runway Gen 3, Luma, ElevenLabs) for cinematic B-roll and voiceovers — without losing the human touch. As a YouTube Producer for Homeworthy, I also run channels end-to-end — from content creation to publishing and growth. Recent results: • Gardenworthy — 801.8K views, +9.3K subscribers and monetized in 67 days (peak day 39.8K views; top video 105K). • Kitchenworthy — 185K views, +2.2K subscribers, monetized in ~2 months. So I don't just edit — I understand the full growth loop that turns edits into watch time, subscribers and revenue. What I do best: • High-retention long-form editing & compilations (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Frame io) • AI-driven production at scale (cinematic B-roll, voiceovers, captioning) • Premium storytelling for the Homeworthy niche — luxury homes, architecture, lifestyle • Short-form: high-converting Meta/TikTok ads & Shorts If you want to raise your RPM or scale your production with AI, let's talk here on Upwork. — Aibek
