That means designing onboarding flows that get new users to their first value fast, running regular check ins and health score reviews to catch risk before it turns into churn, and building the kind of relationship where customers see me as their advocate inside the company rather than just a support contact. I will track adoption and usage data to flag accounts that are slipping, then step in with a plan before it becomes a cancellation conversation. I will run QBRs and EBRs that turn into real upsell and expansion opportunities, not just status updates. I will gather customer feedback and turn it into net promoter score improvements and product insight your team can actually act on. I will segment your customer base by tier so high value accounts get proactive attention and lower touch accounts still get scalable support. I will reduce time to value, increase net retention rate, and build repeatable playbooks for onboarding, renewal and escalation so customer success does not depend on one person's memory.
