Hello, I am a hardware design engineer with around 7 years of experience in electronic hardware and R&D. I design complete electronic boards — schematic, multilayer PCB layout, and the production files that go to the factory — and I work across the analog, digital and power sections of the same board. CONTROL BOARDS Industrial and medical equipment control boards that read sensors and drive motors, relays and mechanical parts with deterministic timing. Galvanically isolated inputs and outputs, fault-tolerant driver stages, low-noise measurement channels. MOTOR DRIVE AND POWER STAGES The power stage of a 30–60 V sensored brushless motor controller: MOSFET and gate driver selection, PWM driver stage, short gate loops with RC snubbing, thermal balance and protection circuits. I design the hardware; I do not write commutation firmware. POWER SUPPLIES AND BATTERY HARDWARE SMPS design and review — flyback, buck and buck-boost, LLC resonant. High-current paths up to 30 A with multi-via copper pours and thermal analysis. Battery management hardware with cell monitoring, balancing, protection and opto-isolated communication. ANALOG FRONT ENDS Low-noise differential measurement channels, multi-stage RC/LC filtering, offset correction, separate analog and digital ground planes, and accessible calibration points. DIGITAL AND HIGH-SPEED DDR4 routing with impedance control and length matching, power distribution network planning and signal integrity checks on a 6-layer board. I work up to 8 layers. SENSOR AND INTERFACE BOARDS 9-axis IMU sensor-fusion hardware with temperature compensation, speed/torque/environmental sensor modules, EMI-shielded I2C and SPI lines, and communication boards with CAN, RS-485, Modbus, UART, opto-isolation and ESD-filtered connectors. DESIGN REVIEW AND AUDIT I review existing designs against manufacturer datasheet limits and document what fails, why, and what should be tested before production. My last client hired me for exactly this and closed the contract at 5 stars. TOOLS AND DELIVERY Altium Designer is my daily tool; I also work in KiCad, EasyEDA and Proteus. Boards are designed to IPC-2152 and IPC-2581, and to IEC 60601-1 and ISO 26262 isolation and safety principles where they apply. I deliver Gerber, BOM and Pick&Place files with test and validation documentation, and I do bring-up and debugging with oscilloscope, logic analyzer and power analyzer.
