Before I start building anything, I look at how leads, customers, and information currently move through your CRM Software, workflows, and automation, identify where things are getting stuck, duplicated, delayed, or handled manually when they shouldn't be, and then I build, fix, optimize, or connect the right systems based on how your business actually operates. Sometimes that means cleaning up your CRM, fixing a broken workflow, connecting HighLevel to another system through Zapier, Make, n8n, or an API, and sometimes, it means figuring out that you don't need another automation at all. Just cleaner CRM systems, reliable automation, better lead management, and integrations that actually work together.
