Every business runs on handoffs: a lead comes in, a job gets booked, stock gets used, a report goes out. Operations break at the handoff where nobody owns the next step. I find those breaks, map how the work really moves, then build the Airtable system and automations that own each step. Everything ships with documentation, so your team runs it without me. WHERE I'VE DONE THIS → Property management: 82 properties moved out of Excel. Managers now run their own reports and export PDFs, with role-based Interfaces and automated reporting. → Events and inventory: four cities, one base. Stock is tied to bookings, each city manager has their own view, and low-stock alerts fire before a shortage hits a party. → Construction: project tracking, materials and procurement live in one week. → Healthcare: intake to treatment stages automated, with a Softr portal for clinical case management. → Finance operations: Airtable connected to Xero through Make for purchase order matching. HOW I WORK 1. Map: I trace how a job moves from first contact to done and mark where it stalls. 2. Build: Airtable CRMs, relational databases and Interfaces, plus Make, n8n or Zapier automations that alert you when a step fails instead of failing silently. 3. Document: SOPs and handover notes so the system outlives the project. ALSO BUILD Softr client portals with live project status. AI workflows that qualify leads and sort email. Make and Airtable certified. No two businesses move work the same way, so I map yours before I build anything. Send me a message. I reply almost immediately.
