Camilla D.
Global Health Consultant | Strategic Advisor
As a seasoned global health advisor and program leader, I bring over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of public health policy, strategic partnerships, and frontline implementation. My work spans major global institutions, including the World Health Organization (WHO), where I served as Senior Advisor and Technical Consultant; the UK Department for International Development (DFID), where I oversaw over £100 million in health programming; and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where I worked as a Senior Consultant supporting global child health strategies. I currently lead the REACH Network at CVD Mali, under the leadership of Professor Samba Sow, coordinating multi-country efforts to reduce child mortality and strengthen antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance. My expertise includes strategic communications, program evaluation, donor engagement, and designing Africa-led, equity-focused health initiatives. Whether advising governments or coordinating complex, multi-partner programs, I am committed to delivering results that are data-driven, locally owned, and sustainable.
